Eric Overfield

Eric received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of California, Davis. He has over 20 years of experience in Web Development, as well as 14 years of experience in SharePoint Branding, Architecture, and Design.

Recognized as a highly proactive SharePoint thought leader, organizer, and speaker, Eric is a Microsoft Regional Director and Microsoft MVP .  He is well-known in the global SharePoint community as a lead contributor to the Responsive SharePoint CodePlex Project.

He is also the first author of “Pro SharePoint 2013 Branding and Responsive Web Development” and a co-author of “Black Magic Solutions for White Hat SharePoint”.  Currently, Eric is one of the leading experts in SharePoint Branding and Customization.

Danielle Wells

With a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of California at Davis, Danielle landed a career that fed her soul (both literally and figuratively) in marketing for grocer Nugget Markets. Danielle managed the marketing division and spearheaded the company’s advertising campaigns, media purchasing, and website content creation. She also blazed completely new trails for Nugget Markets in the social media sphere and was part of the executive team responsible for a company-wide overhaul of internal communications that took communication from the company’s #1 opportunity to a strength. Danielle’s 12+ years of marketing and sales experience extend beyond the food industry with expertise from the utility industry including ISP, WISP, and electricity. Danielle’s passionate about using technology to cultivate and maintain a collaborative workplace that inspires innovation.

Michael Wells

With a passion for acting and interacting with people, Michael started his professional career as a Casting Director for several companies in Northern California. During that time he realized his true love of helping those in the community reach their career aspirations. Michael channeled his positive and people-oriented personality and began working in Human Resources and Recruiting. As a Recruiter, Michael created several key programs that enabled more efficient hiring processes. Now Michael helps run many of PixelMill’s social channels and Public Relation Events.

Carolyn Gjerde

Carolyn has spent over six years in the web development industry and worked on more than 50+ projects. Her responsibilities as a Business Analyst are to listen to clients’ needs, understand their business, and work with them to build a success plan for the project. Carolyn excels at creating solutions that improve employee experience and increase user adoption.
Carolyn also spent several years as a web developer. Her technical coding and Microsoft 365 background make her an invaluable asset to the team. She understands the strengths and limitations of SharePoint and knows the diverse ways SharePoint and Microsoft 365 can be used to solve business problems. She also can translate client needs into information that developers understand. Carolyn received her Bachelor of Arts in History with a Minor in Music from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Kunaal Varun Sharma

Kunaal received his Associates Degree from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. With more than 9 years of Graphic Design experience, Kunaal has sharpened his skills in User Interface Design, Wireframing, Usability, and Typography. He has designed corporate websites, global intranets, and application interfaces. Kunaal’s experience makes him not only a very talented SharePoint Designer but also provides invaluable knowledge in the Business Analysis process. In addition to leading UI/UX design at PixelMill, Kunaal also conducts stakeholder interviews, user surveys, and group discussions to understand current client obstacles and breakdown potential Design barriers.

Corrie Haffly

​​​​Corrie began working at PixelMill as our Lead Web Designer after she received her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from University of California, Davis. Later, she published two books, “The Photoshop Anthology” and “Photoshop CS6 Unlocked” with SitePoint.com, and began work at a firm that specialized in bringing SharePoint to the Cloud. Corrie has also worked on a range of large SharePoint projects, including Recovery.gov, Treasury.gov, Dole, and Pepperidge Farm. Recently, with a desire to delve deeper into coding, Corrie returned to PixelMill as a Front-end Developer. She brings years of experience with Front-end Design, Web Development, and SharePoint Branding.

Diana Kaltenborn

Diana joined the PixelMill team with a passion for technology and a desire to help organizations achieve employee experience excellence. Her responsibilities as a Jr. Business Analyst are to listen to clients’ needs, understand their business, and work with them to build a success plan for the project. Diana’s passion for increasing user adoption and engagement means she focuses on delivering convenient and user-friendly recommendations to our clients. Diana received her BS in Computer Science with a minor in math from Pace University and is currently working toward her MS in IT with a concentration in Cybersecurity at Pace University.
