Chocolate and Peanut Butter. An amazing combination whose origins are unknown. Much like fire, the wheel, and the American cheeseburger, the peanut butter/chocolate combo is one of those incredible inventions whose origin has been lost to the mists of time. The closest I was able to get in my research is Harry Burnett Reese, who invented what we now know as the Reese’s peanut butter cup in 1928.

Quick segway: This man is the unsung hero of candy.

Segway back: How in the heck do people think of this stuff?! What masters of the universe are just sitting around trying to figure out how to mash things up into a successful product? (Don’t say Glee…). When will someone do something like this that is applicable to my workday?

Segway again: We may have a webinar about this…

It’s time for the next episode of the PixelMill Webinar Series! In this session, “Microsoft Teams & Power Apps – Better Together”, join Power Platform enthusiast, renowned blogger/speaker, and queen of karaoke April Dunnam (@aprildunnam),  Microsoft MVP and Partner Technical Architect for Microsoft, as she guides us through the best love story since the Notebook. Microsoft Teams is exploding, being used by almost half a million organizations worldwide. With Teams emerging as the go-to workplace hub, it’s time to start thinking about how to integrate your business processes into the platform. The quickest way to bring that business process value to Teams is by leveraging the power of the Power Platform.

Why You Should Attend

Besides the fact that webinars are an excellent way to engage with fellow community members and industry thought leaders, this is a chance to learn about some amazing things you can do when combining Microsoft Teams and Power Apps. In this session, April will discuss ways that you can leverage Power Apps within Teams to bring real business value.

Power Apps can be used to customize everything from simple SharePoint forms to immersive end-to-end solutions. Combined with Microsoft Teams, Power Apps can be used to build a modern workplace through custom tabs and apps in the app bar all with little to no code.

Bottom line, this is one webinar to pair up on!

Audience

While this session is directed toward anyone looking to learn more about how to leverage Power Apps with Microsoft Teams, all are encouraged to attend. And don’t worry–while this session is an hour-long, it includes a 15-minute Q&A from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM PST.

So join us on March 26th at 11:00 AM to 12:15 PM PST. If you have questions now that you want to make sure April gets to, send them here.

What? Anchor links now work in #SharePoint site navigation! This fix snuck in and I completely missed it. Use them to create a TOC for long pages or cross link between pages. They work in text or quick links web parts & nav too! https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/create-and-use-modern-pages-on-a-sharepoint-site-b3d46deb-27a6-4b1e-87b8-df851e503dec#bkmk_pageanchors
