Webinar | There’s No Place Like Home | Creating the Optimal Homesite for your Digital Workspace
It’s time for the next episode of the PixelMill Webinar Series! In this session, “There’s No Place Like Home | Creating the Optimal Homesite for your Digital Workspace”, join a few of the amazing members of the PixelMill team on Thursday, April 28th, at 11:00 AM PST as they dive into what makes a homesite so important, why you must have one if you’d like to take advantage of things like Microsoft Viva, and what they mean to your digital workspace right now.
Why You Should Attend
An intranet homepage is no novel concept; we’ve been building them for clients for decades. It acts as a home base for the organization’s intranet, a jumping-off point, and a place to share important global information and news. A homesite is arguably one of the most important pages on a corporate intranet, so you can see why Microsoft is encouraging (ahem, forcing) us to get on the bandwagon by requiring them to take advantage of Viva Connections. The homesite now plays an even greater role in the digital workspace as it fuels other applications like Viva Connections and Teams. So building a homesite correctly from the start just got even more crucial.
Join us as our Business Analyst, Carolyn Gjerde, and UI/UX Designer, Kunaal Sharma, walk you through the best practices, strategies, and options you have when building an effective homesite that will grow with your team and allow you to take advantage of all the interconnected tools of Microsoft 365.
In this session, you’ll get homesite creation best practices and we’ll dive into:

Viva Connections, Dashboard
While this session is directed toward those looking to understand homesites and what they mean to the digital workspace, all are encouraged to attend. And don’t worry–we leave some time for Q&A at the end.
