Eric Overfield (CPO and Co-Founder of PixelMill, Microsoft Regional Director & MVP) 

A Microsoft Regional Director, MVP, and Microsoft 365 expert with a passion for technology in pursuit of the ideal digital employee experience. Eric is a leading expert in Microsoft-powered digital workspaces, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Azure architecture, strategy, and development. 

President and co-founder of PixelMill, Eric has over 22 years of experience with web design best practices and techniques and over 16 years of experience with SharePoint. Beyond his in-depth knowledge of SharePoint’s capabilities, his expertise includes Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Azure technology, design, and architecture along with custom solutions, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. He is a co-author of Pro SharePoint 2013 Branding and Responsive Web Development (Apress 2013) and Black Magic Solutions for White Hat SharePoint (EUSP Press 2013). Well-known in the global Microsoft 365 community as a lead contributor to the PnP SharePoint Starter Kit, Eric recently led the team responsible for the latest version.

Danielle Wells (Director of Content and Marketing Communications) 

Danielle began her career with an organization that fed her soul (both literally and figuratively)—16X Fortune’s 100 Best Company to Work for—grocer Nugget Markets. During her tenure there, she blazed new trails for them in social media and was part of the executive team responsible for a company-wide overhaul of internal communications that took communication from the company’s #1 opportunity to a strength.

After more than 10 years in the B2C space, Danielle dove into B2B in the energy and technology space. Danielle’s passionate about using technology to cultivate and maintain a collaborative workspace that inspires innovation. With experience in campaign management, content creation, internal communications, advertising, and sales enablement, she’s found a home in PixelMill, where she uses her skills to help organizations foster a digital culture of transparency and deliver the ideal employee experience to their team.

Maude Tanguay (Director of Brand and Marketing Operations) 

Maude is obsessed with helping others, excelling in one specific area—she lives and breathes marketing strategy, communications, and branding. A marketing expert with more than 15 years in IT B2B marketing, she has extensive experience in copywriting, graphic design, UX, and inbound marketing. A strategic thinker, Maude is known for exceptional project management, leading strategies, and executing tactics first-hand, making her a strong asset for any initiative she’s involved in.

She loves working closely with others, learning from their input, and mentoring young marketing padawans. She aims to ensure the successful deployment of tactics and strives for the best ROI possible while keeping work and business fun.
